Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Executive to join our dynamic and ever growing Client Services Team (CST). You would be a knowledgeable authority within this team and provide high level, first class Broking support to Senior Management, Account Managers & Authorised Representatives utilising your advanced skillset across a multitude of clients and industries. 

  • The successful applicant 's main duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Policy administration including invoicing via our CBS broking system

  • Utilising our purpose built and state-of-the-art workflow management system to maintain records and provide excellent service to our client base

  • Claims Management

  • Liaising with Clients, Underwriters, Account Managers and other key stakeholders

  • Providing technical broking support and constantly upskilling your knowledge of our ever changing industry

Experience & Qualifications


You will have been an existing Account Executive for 3+ years or have a been in a similar position within the insurance industry.
