Richard has 40 years experience including National Claims Manager, underwritten States for CGU workers’ compensation. Richard’s expertise is managing workers compensation claims and implementation of risk improvement programs for workplace safety.
Richard has significant expertise in litigated claims and has been extensively involved in major catastrophic injuries involving tetra-plegia, quadra-plegia and brain trauma. He has also Chaired various Industry Committees and participated in WorkCover WA Committees and Forums.
