SA State Legislation Information

Return to Work SA (Formerly WorkCover SA) administers and regulates the Workers’ Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1986. With the exception of the exemptions below, all employers must register with Return To Work SA.

Exemptions

 

  1. Where the total remuneration paid to your workers is less than $12,031 ( in the 2014-2015 financial year) per annum

  2. Sole Traders (* if the Sole Trader employs workers where the total remuneration is greater than $12,031 (in the 2014-2015 financial year) then you must be registered
